Shipping
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at weekends will take a little longer to process.
Orders are generally sent by registered post. Delivery times are dependent upon the destination country. Normal delivery is between 2 -5 working days but this may be extended to 1-2 weeks for international shipments.

Exchanges, returns and cancellations
We will exchange unsuitable products for new products to the same value. We cannot make cash refunds.
Any returns must be received within 10 days [2 weeks] of receipt of the order.
