2. User registration provides access to the services provided by the company.
3. Product prices are indicated in euros and are together with the methods of payment available to the user.
4. The user may, at any time, and without justification, cancel their registration on the site, through email or letter.
5. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of our data and promotion services with other agencies when you register with us. If you do not select to opt out of our data and promotion services EME will consider you have agreed and accepted their privacy policies to include the sharing of data with selected third parties.
6. The user is responsible for the data they have submitted upon completion of the registration process.
7. EME does not assume responsibility for any users’ registration by third or subsequent parties.
8. EME complies fully with legal standards for the protection of personal data.
9. The nullity of any of the provisions herein shall affect neither the validity of the Agreement as such nor the validity of these General Terms and Conditions.
